OnCentive

As Director of Visual Design my responsibilities at OnCentive were in promoting and creating brand affinity and recognition through educational content in the tax industry. We are in charge of building systems that companies can use to generate more revenue through tax breaks and government incentives. This includes our co-brands Clear I-9, Trak Capital, Sync Stream, and Unemployment Tracker to unify and streamline this process.

Brand Direction

Our co-brands function as separate entities they all fall under OnCentive.

My role as Director of Visual Design is to unify all platforms while maintaining cohesive material that can be repurposed across all brands.

Eventually the goal is to create one brand where all co-brands will live and intersect smoothly through unified branding and process integration under HR Logics.



Design

OnCentive aims to bring an understanding to the tax industry through educational content on tax breaks and government incentives.

My role involved creating these content pieces and unifying them across all brands, I am also in charge of booth designs for our national conventions.

Building content that could be repurposed and interchanged through all brands is one of our biggest focuses to bring awareness through all parts of our business process.



Social Media

All content creates brand engagement and allows for the distribution of educational materials in each respective field as well as company insight and culture.

As lead designer I am in charge of creating these templates and graphics that will later be paired with blog or company content.

This includes LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and our websites.
